Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & UK: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons (especially around Halloween — our busiest time!).
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking info to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.
